I’m Alela Sirah

Los Angeles based fashion stylist. I help female entrepreneurs and brands create a style aesthetic that attracts the success and clientele they desire.

My love affair with fashion started at a very young age. My sister and I used to make paper dolls with full wardrobes from the paper and cardboard backs of our mom's legal pads. We made dresses for our Barbies out of latex balloons. I am all about the glam and style so my favorite part about taking dance classes were the recitals because I couldn’t wait to wear the costume. Fashion & style are something that is very natural to me.

I attended LATTC for fashion design as a way to bide my time while waiting to break into fashion styling.
Eventually, I started assisting a few established fashion stylists, working alongside them and even designing custom pieces for some of the artists we worked with.

Before long I quit school to become a freelance stylist and designer. I was able to showcase my work in various LA boutiques, work on independent films and continue to do styling.
A few years later I returned to Trade Tech to receive my Associates Degree in Fashion Design and Technology.

My clients are go getters that wear many hats. As an entrepreneur and mom of two, I can identify with that. Each role is slightly different and moving from one to another needs to be seamless. I had to perfect this for myself because the lines got blurry after my second daughter. I could pull myself together for major events but the in between was not as smooth as I would have liked. It occurred to me that my wardrobe not only needed to be my style but that it needed to serve my lifestyle. From there it was a “no brainer “ to apply this idea to working with my clients. Just like your life and career evolves, so should your wardrobe by really supporting you!

Whether you’re a keynote speaker, looking for signature branding style or doing a Target run, you’re going to have the right outfit for that moment to be confident. My goal with my clients is to capture their authentic style and then elevate it. With many years of styling experience, I pride myself on helping my clients stand out for all of the right reasons. I know how to add that extra touch that will make you and your brand pop to leave a lasting impression.
